The Maternity Session Experience

Portraits are forever. Before you know it, your preganancy will come to an end and your newborn child will be graduating from high school. Creating a Maternity Portrait is the beginning of family’s visual legacy. It all begins with a consultation. We recommend contacting us at the end of your first trimester of your pregnancy. The best time for maternity portraits is around the seven month mark. At this time mom usually has a nice round belly and it is before the swelling and other late pregnancy issues that can occur that could preclude a session. At the consultation we will discuss ideas for the session, as well as wardrobe. I have a growing maternity studio closet that clients are welcome to choose from. We will also discuss how to prepare for your session and book your session date. Most importantly, we discuss how you wish to enjoy the images we create for the years to come.

Your Maternity Session will last 1-2 hours.

Approximately two weeks after your session, you will return to the studio to view and place your order. After your order is placed and arrives from our vendors, we will arrange delivery of your portrait products. We know these images are valuable and only use the very best products to preserve these memories. All of our portrait products come with a Lifetime Warranty.
